Do I need an appointment?

iPhone, iPad & Watch an appointment is required Book Here

Computers and accessories an appointment is not required.

Do I need my receipt? 

If Apple’s Service and Support Coverage Checker states your Apple device is in warranty, a receipt is not required. A receipt is only required to prove your device is still within warranty.

 

I don't live near an Authorised Apple Repairer, what should I do? 

You are welcome to mail your product to us, and we will repair it and send it back! Just call us with your details and a description of the issue.
