We can arrange for your Beats products to be replaced by Apple.

You don't need an appointment, so drop in anytime, but we will need proof of purchase.

We will then send them to Apple to be assessed.

If it is an Out of Warranty repair (eg. accidental damage), Apple will provide a quote and we will contact you for your decision on whether or not to proceed.

If the repair is under warranty the replacement will generally arrive in five working days.
