Please make sure you have everything Backed Up* and ‘Find My” turned off.**

 

Types of repairs offered;

• Apple Care Plus (Devices with damage have a service fee).

• Apple Limited Warranty (Devices without damage)

• Out of warranty - (Devices with or without damage, software repairs and older devices)​

 

Out of Warranty Service.

We charge $95 at the time of booking in, which covers Diagnosis and Quote. 

 

Most software services such as; 

macOS re-install/Restore/Upgrade, password reset, malware removal, email setup, data migration, security check etc. would be covered by the $95 booking in fee.

 

For urgent out of warranty repairs ask for Priority Business Service $139. This means your Mac will be the next to be diagnosed and parts ordered ASAP.

 

* Making a backup is an important part of preparing your Mac for service, some types of repair might require erasing or replacing your hard drive and data can rarely be recovered from modern computers if they require service.

Service parts or products are new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability
