Macworx is an Apple Authorised Service Provider, which means we can look after all your Apple warranty needs and repairs.

If your Mac is covered by either the standard Apple warranty or the Apple Protection Plan, Apple will take care of the repair for you. If your device is out of warranty, we'll be happy to quote you for the repair. If you're unsure of your product's warranty status, you can check your serial number here.


There is a $85 booking fee on all non-warranty repairs which includes diagnostics and a quote, so you will know how much the repair will cost.


As well as Apple computers, Macworx provide Apple warranty repairs/replacements for iPhone, Apple Watch, iPod, iPad, AirPods, AppleTV, Time Capsule and other Apple products.


If your device is more than 12 months old a sales receipt may be required 


Service parts or products are new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability



Before you bring your device down to us:

1. Turn off Find My Device

2. Make sure your device is backed up. Check this article If you are not sure how to back up.


Whilst we take every care, all data left at Macworx is at the owner’s risk.

AppleCare+ provides up to two years (Watch,iPhone, iPad, Apple TV) and three years (Mac) of expert technical support and additional hardware coverage from Apple, including up to two incidents of accidental damage, each subject to a service fee. If a device has signs of damage and you don't have AppleCare+ we will notify you of any cost before we go ahead with a repair. Our terms & conditions are available on request.
