Often an iPad problem can be resolved by doing an update or restoring the device.


Before restoring or coming in for service Back Up your iPad using either iTunes or iCloud. Click here for help on this.


If the problem persists, we can arrange for your iPad to be replaced by Apple. You don't need an appointment, so drop in anytime.

IMPORTANT: Please back up your device and make sure you have turned off 'Find my iPhone'.


After onsite assessment, if the repair is under warranty, we request Apple to replace it for you. The replacement will generally arrive in five working days.


If it is an out of warranty repair (eg. accidental damage), the unit will need to be replaced at a discounted price. iPads were not designed to be taken apart.

In the case of an out of warranty repair, we will provide a quote and you can decide on whether or not to proceed.
