MacWorx is not responsible for any loss, corruption or breach of the data on any device during service, diagnostics or repair. I authorise MacWorx to securely delete the data and dispose of any device after 120 days of booking in.

Device Warranties cover Hardware issues only. If an issue is caused by software or accidental damage an hourly rate will apply. Service parts or products are new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Resetting or restoring a device may result in less functionality or loss of data.

Delivery and collection is the customers responsibility and I will arrange collection of the repaired device

Software and No Fault Found issues are subject to a $65 service fee and are not covered by Warranty.
